Return & Exchange Policy

 

Items returned within 30 days from original invoicing are eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Items returned after 30 days from original invoicing will be refunded in the form of an Enns Brothers gift card or exchange.

Final sale items will be clearly marked and are not eligible for return or exchange.

 Returned items must show no signs of wear or damage

• All parts and accessories must be in original packaging, unopened, uninstalled and resalable
• All clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags intact
• All licensed items must be in original packaging and resalable

 The original invoice is required to process a return or exchange.

  

To initiate a return or exchange, please email shopify@ennsbros.com and provide your order number. 

In-store returns for an online purchase are free and accepted at all locations. Please provide your order number. 

If returning by mail, you are responsible for arrangement and payment of all shipping costs.
